Lizeth Sandoval and Daltrey Abney are passionate educational therapists committed to transforming math learning for students with diverse needs. With a wealth of experience and expertise, they’ve dedicated their careers to creating accessible, engaging, and effective math resources for students with learning differences.

Lizeth, a former SPED K-12 teacher and current educational therapist, specializes in reading, math, and executive function skills. She’s pursuing a Ph.D. in Global Leadership and Change at Pepperdine University, reflecting her dedication to creating meaningful educational change.

Daltrey, a former SPED math teacher, brings specialized experience working with complex clients with multiple diagnoses impacting their learning. Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health from King’s College London, Daltrey is deeply committed to understanding learning through a neuropsychological lens and applying that knowledge to support diverse learning needs.

Beyond their professional credentials, Lizeth and Daltrey share a mutual love for dogs, as seen through their adorable companions Meera (left) and Pawby (right). Meera and Pawby, of course, play a vital role in making math more manageable for students by giving much-needed moral support during sessions! Together, they combine their expertise, creativity, and shared passion to design math resources that empower students to thrive, no matter their starting point.
